We are sorry if you have a problem making a donation. Paypal is working on a permanent solution but gave us a temporary one which we found works intermittently. Since you obviously want to help the troops call home, please close your browser and then try again. They haven't given us a time frame in which they will get it fixed but since it affects them too, I hope it will be a quick fix.
